Jenny Elizabeth Dickinson, 92, went home to be with the Lord on April 28, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Payton Patrick, Sr. and Mary Patrick; husband, Robert N. Dickinson, Sr.; daughter, Anita E. Dickinson; son, Robert N. Dickinson, Jr.; and brother, Dr. P.P. Patrick, Jr. Jenny is survived by her daughter, Doris E. Dickinson; 5 nieces and 1 nephew.
Jenny worked at Bluff Park Elementary School, where she retired after 35 + years. She loved to garden and enjoyed being outdoors. She was a wonderful wife and mother. She made her house a home and loved to take care of her family. A favorite hobby was DIY projects in her home. She loved the Lord, she always gave Him the credit for the blessings in her life.
A visitation will be on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 in the Celebration Chapel at Elmwood Chapel Funeral from 11am until 1pm; a celebration of Jenny’s life will follow at 1pm.
