Louise "Woo Woo" Barnett

Nov. 13, 1933 – May 10, 2015

“Woo Woo” always had a smile on her face and love in her heart. She went to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 10, 2015.

“Woo Woo” was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother & friend. She was a member of North Clay Baptist Church, formerly Center Crest Baptist Church. She was born in Carbon Hill, AL. and retired from BTC Wholesale.

“Woo Woo” is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Jan and Lynn Floyd and her son Chuck Barnett; three grandsons, Brian Wadsworth (Brittany), Nicholas Barnett (Mallory) & Kyle Barnett; Four great grandchildren, Zoey & Payden Wadsworth and Bently & Cooper Barnett; Two sisters-in-law, Barbara Barnett & Jean Barnett, along with numerous nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.

“Woo Woo” was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Charles R. Barnett, Sr.; her father, Murphy Dobbs; mother Ruby Dobbs Black; her brothers, James Dobbs & his wife Georgia and Kenneth Ray Dobbs.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 13th at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Visitation will also be on Wednesday from 1:00 until 2:30 p.m. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
