I can't believe a year has passed since you were taken from this earth way too soon. I still can't believe you're gone. I know you're in heaven watching over everyone. One of the best gifts you ever gave me was my precious dog Gus who at 14 and a half passed away a few months ago but I take comfort in hoping that you were there to greet him in heaven when he got there and that both of you are healthy and happy and keeping an eye on all your family and friends down here on earth. I just wanted you to know you were loved and you are sorely missed.

My precious son. God blessed me with not one but two of you on May 28, 1976. You and Heather (twin sister) have brought such joy to my life. You & Heather had a very special bond. You're with Jenny (grandmother who adored you), Granddaddy & Gerald now. 

Heather, Jennifer & Kirk (siblings) will truly miss you. I know what a special place you had in your heart for Meggie. You had made lots of plans to do things with her over spring break & I'm so sorry this did not come to pass. She misses you so much. 

You loved joking & could always make us laugh. You had such a kind heart & always willing to help others. 

I'm so sorry your life was cut short. Parents are not suppose to outlive their children & I would trade places with you if I could because you still had a whole life ahead of you.

I am sad today to hear of Shane's passing. He was a big part of my life for several years and he will be missed. Shane was a wonderful man. His family and close friends will be in my heart, thoughts and prayers.
