Myrtle Hardy, age 95 of Birmingham passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017. Retired from Children’s Hospital and was a member of Cathedral of the Cross Church. Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Hardy and daughter, Phyllis Stinson. She loved unconditionally and was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survivors include her grandson: Tommy Stinson (Shannon); great grandsons: Thomas and Lewis Stinson; great granddaughter, Olivia Stinson. Her graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 12, 2017 at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 9:00 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
