Richard age 69 of Hueytown, AL , went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. He was a member of Summit Life Church, an avid Alabama football and NASCAR fan. Richard is predeceased by his son, Richard Wade Fritts. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Brenda Roberts Fritts; son, Michael Dwayne Fritts (LeeHall); grandchildren, Joseph Wade Fritts and Cassie Michelle Fritts; sisters, Jacquelyn Fritts Garner (Dale) and Rebecca Richardson (Phillip); and brother, Robert Carter Holt. The family would like to give a special thank you to Pastor Jason Whitfield who will officiate the service. The family will receive friends at Elmwood Chapel on Friday, December 19th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM with graveside services immediately to follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
