STEWART, ROBERT H. JR., age 73, of Birmingham, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Nell Stewart. He is survived by his wife, Carol Stewart; son, Robert H. Stewart III; step-sons, Adam Nixon (Beth) and Jason Nixon (Katie); and 4 grandchildren. Bob was an Auburn Alumni after graduating in 1963. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Pell City where he was a faithful member. He was also a member of the Pell City Kiwanis Club and Mid Alabama Corvette Club. Bob was very beloved. His family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 1-2 at First United Methodist Church of Pell City and his service will begin at 2 PM with Rev. Sam Huffstutler officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alacare Hospice of Pell City or The ALS Foundation.
