Sam Michael Giardina, age 90, of Alabaster, Alabama passed away on Thursday February 27, 2020. Sam was born September 17, 1929. He was preceded in death by his wives, Marie Giardina and Lynette Giardina and son, Peter Michael Giardina. He is survived by his children, Mary Ann Vines, Richard Mark Giardina (Patricia Gail); 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; sister, Rosalyn O'Grady and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Montevallo, AL with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM. Entombment at Elmwood Cemetery.
