Thomas R. Young, 72, of Springville, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord on May 8, 2013.Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Eunice Young; Sister, Helen Dyer; Brother-in-law, Ray Adams. Tom is survived by his wife, Judy Young; Daughter, Shea (Tim) Turner; Son, Stan (Stephanie) Young; Grandchildren, Haylie Turner, Jacob Turner, Maddox Young, and Brookelyn Young; Sisters, Wanda (Verlon) Bagwell, Melba Adams; Sisters-in-law, Mary Brown, Betty Jordan, Ann (Terry) Crews; Brothers-in-law, Roy Dyer, Jr., J.W. Brown, Mack (Clemie) Brown; Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. The visitation will be Friday, May 10, 2013 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. The funeral service will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 10:30 at First Baptist Church of Springville. Interment will follow at New Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.
