Victor Neal Hargraves passed away peacefully on September 5, 2022 with YoLanda Butera Hargraves by his side. He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Hargraves, father, James Hargraves, brother, Wayne Hargraves, mother-in-law Betty Butera and sister-in-law Carol Butera Smith.
Neal was a retired member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers – Local Union 136 where he made many friends. Neal’s joy was with nature as he was an avid fisherman and hunter. He cherished memories with his lifelong friends on the lake and at the hunting club. He lived a life full of love, laughter and good times. Those memories of Neal will live in our hearts forever.
