WILSON, WILMA PAULINE “POLLY”, age 92 of Birmingham, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry G. Wilson, Sr.; son, Grady Wilson; daughter, Barbara Emerson; and granddaughter, Jamie Wilson. She is survived by her son, Harry G. Wilson, Jr.; daughters, Wilma Barber (Harry) and Deborah Wilson; sister, Mildred Kanning; grandchildren, Julie Freeman (Keith), Keith Wilson (Melody), Kevin Wilson (Beth) and Chris Emerson (Corinne); great-grandchildren, Madison and Dalton Freeman, Scarlett Wilson and Connor Emerson; and several nieces and nephews. Polly was a longtime member of Pinson United Methodist Church and a member of the Lazy Daisy Garden Club. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her family will receive friends on Monday, July 13, 2015 from 10:30-11:30 AM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with her service beginning at 11:30. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
