
Eric Lee Lambert, age 44, Bloomington, died Saturday at I.U. Health; Bloomington Hospital. Born July 14, 1967 in Bloomington, he was the son of Jack and Nancy Eleanor (Rowlett) Lambert. He was a veterinary technician and formerly employed at College Mall Veterinary Clinic. He had a love for all animals, training and showing Akitas and owning parrots. He attended Dyer Middle School where he was active with wrestling and band. He graduated in 1985 from Bloomington High School North where he participated in some of the school plays. He later attended both Purdue and Indiana Universities. He was a member of the Arlington United Methodist Church and the National Rifle Association.
He is survived by his parents, of Bloomington; one daughter, Aurora Lambert, of Bloomington; two brothers, Charles Lambert of Ukiah, California and Jeff Lambert, of Ellettsville; one sister, Julie Lambert, of Phoenix, Arizona. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Howard and Lorena (McElfresh) Lambert and Ollie and Anna (Lanam) Rowlett.
The funeral service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Thursday at Arlington United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Roach officiating. Burial will follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at Day Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and from 12 Noon to 1:30 P.M. Thursday at the church.
The family suggests memorial contributions be given to the Arlington United Methodist Church.
