Ivy Wai Hsia

Ivy Wai Hsia, age 54, of Bloomington passed away Tuesday morning (05/12/2020) at her residence. Born July 3, 1965 in Hong Kong, she was the daughter of Hung Hing Hsia and Mei Wah Cho. Ivy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University at Bloomington. She lived in Bloomington for over 35 years and was the broker-owner of the Ivy Sells Realty Company where she sold both commercial and residential real estate. She also was involved in property management services, and she proudly spoke five languages. Ivy is survived by her loving husband, Yosuke “Yogi” Eguchi, of Bloomington, her mother, Mei Wah Cho, of Bloomington and two brothers; Steve Ha and family, of New York, NY and Bobby Lam and family, of Pleasanton, CA.
