Kim McFarland (Phegley), aged 67, of Bloomington, Indiana, passed away on August 18, 2025, at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Terry Phegley, and her nephew Joshua Bentley. She is survived by her husband, Randall McFarland; her two daughters, Emmily Watkins (Nicholas) and Ashley Erb; her two step-sons, Jamie McFarland and Scott McFarland (Candace), her sister, Kelly Bentley, along with nine grandchildren, four nieces, and one nephew.
A dedicated member of Fairview United Methodist Church, she volunteered extensively in Children's Church and the church kitchen. She will be lovingly remembered for the numerous holiday meals and baked goods she prepared. Her passion for family was evident in her enjoyment of hosting family gatherings and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
A graveside service is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Friday, August 22nd, at Fairview Cemetery in Linton, Indiana. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Fairview United Methodist Church in Bloomington, Indiana would be appreciated.
