Sharon Rae Barnett, age 70, of Bloomington, passed away in her home on December 21, 2013. Sharon was born to the late Leland and Irma(Hopper)Mingee on August 1, 1943 and lived in Bloomington all of her life.
She was a graduate of Bloomington South High School and graduated from beauty school in Bloomington. She was a manicurist for 25 years and was employed at Studio 6 Salon.
Sharon is survived by three daughters: Mischelle Barnett, Pam Strunk and Teresa(husband Jeff)White, her brother David(Marshia)Mingee, six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Linda Kutchee.
A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Sharon on Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. in Day Funeral Home, 4150 E. Third St., Bloomington, IN 47401.
