Teresa Jo Hamilton

Teresa Jo Southern Hamilton, 60, of Bloomington died Sunday, May 17, 2020 in her home. She was born February 2, 1960 in Bedford to Robert Southern and Mary Leahy Southern. She was retired from GM Powertrain. Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Ronald Hamilton of Bloomington; two sons, Robert (fiancé Priscilla Cruz) Hamilton and Christopher Hamilton both of Bloomington; a grandson, Zyler Hayden Hamilton; a granddaughter, Wyatt Renee Hamilton; four brothers, Matt (Sandra) Southern, Tom (Jan) Southern, Mark Anthony Southern and Eric Southern; two sisters, Linda (Scott) Flanders and Susan (Jon) Rinne; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Tim Southern. Teresa enjoyed spending time with her family, watching NASCAR with Jeff Gordon being her favorite driver, I. U. Basketball, the Minnesota Vikings and anything Kobe Bryant. There are no services planned at this time, there will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
