He was born November 30th 1963, in Washington, PA as the youngest of 3 children to Charles and Waneda Craig. He grew up in Carpentersville, Ill and while he did multiple HS sports he really loved and later loved to tell stories about wrestling in high school.
In 1985 he joined the Navy as an Avionics Technician which brought him to Washington State. In 1988 he married and in 1993 was very proud to become a father to his son Dylon W Craig. He wanted to teach his son everything he knew, and spent many years working to that goal, between boy scout camps, camping, photography, building, working on cars and many projects whether finished or not he always made it far enough to keep passing on more of the knowledge he had.
Frank spent 35 years working for The Men’s Wearhouse, where he made many friends and had many accomplishments. He lived in Renton until 2017 before buying a house and moving to Soap Lake with visions of relaxing in the sun and sitting on his porch enjoying the view. He was especially proud to have just found out he was to become a grandfather in October.
No one could write anything about his life better than he could have told it. If you got him on a roll about his time in the Boys Scouts, HS sports, jets, old cars, anything he did throughout his life, or his son he could talk about it for hours, he always had a story or at a minimum random fact (he would often blurt something out mid conversation and follow it up with “More useless knowledge”, “side note”, or “FYI”) but whether it was a story or “useless” fact he wanted to share it and it always made him smile to do so.
Frank is survived by his son Dylon, his parents Charles and Waneda and his siblings Tina and Kevin. As well as through the many stories soon to be shared with his grandson Corey W Craig.
