Walter Thomas Rose

Who passed away peacefully in Bothell, Washington on March 23, 2023 at the age of 87.

Walt was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon on December 26, 1935. Walt’s approach to life was to do what he set out to do. He attended Lincoln High School, served 6 years in the USNR and had a long career at the Boeing company 30+ years.

Walt always loved fishing and the outdoors. In retirement, Walt love steelhead and bass fishing and the thrill of tournaments while winning many awards. He ran a fishing store for many years with his wife. His friends and family will remember him for his knowledge of fishing, fish tales and living life the way he wanted.We will miss our dad and will hold on to fond memories close to our hearts.

He is survived by his wife Joycelyn Rose, and his children; Victor Rose, Kim Ferguson, Rhonda Wilson and Gordon Rose; and grandchildren, and walt’s sister Dorothy Andersen.
