Dear Carol,
I heard about your mother's death yesterday and I thought of you greeting your mother; her having a smile on her face and thanking you for everything you did for her in her golden years.  Despite our hope, there is pain and I wish for you comfort and peace as the days pass.  My condolences and thoughts of comfort to you, and your family. Losing a mother, sister and grandmother is not easy.  The history tied up with your family in Boulder County means that the loss of your mother, really affects us all.  Again, my condolences to the entire family.

Stan and I read your mother's obituary with sadness but also with some relief.  We know the that you and the family have tried to protect her during these last difficult years and you were always there for her.   She was a good neighbor to us and we will always be grateful for the way she welcomed us to Horizon West.
