Dear Hans-

I have just learned of Howard's passing.  I am so sorry.  My Mom and Dad were very good friends with both your parents.  I remember we stayed with your family when we first got to Boulder back in 1958.  Both my Mom and Dad have passed as well.  Again, please accept my belated condolences. We remember Howard from the time of the Jensen family arrival at CU. We were good colleagues in the CU School of Business. We even shared in our retirement ceremonies from CU in l986. 

We knew Pat and Howard socially throughout those years.  After Pat died we saw Howard only a few times in his assisted living apartment.  He was always gracious and friendly, although he did not initiate many contacts with colleagues and friends.

We have good memories of Howard (and Pat). We thank you for taking such good care of them when they needed help as they aged.

We wish you well as you live with your family memories.
