I want to send my love to the family and say that Maria was a hoot to be around. Me and her had so much fun and many laughs. She will be missed greatly. She is in the arms of the Lord now and she will forever be loved.

I am still in shock with what has happened. I just learned about it on the 5th which seems crazy in this technological age where news travels fast. You know how much love I have for you, your mom and your family and I'm deeply saddened by this tragedy. She was always so sweet to me when I went to see you all and when I talked to her when you weren't there. You have a beautiful angel looking over your family and living in your heart. As you know, if you or Leah need anything there should be no hesitation to ask.  My heart goes out to you

Dear Karla,
  It wasn't until today that we, at the Harvest of Hope Pantry, heard of your mom's passing. Being a Thursday, we knew it had been four weeks since her last visit and been told by her friends of this tragic loss.  Please know how much we loved her and knew of her dedication to her family. She often brought Leah to shop with her and they were usually the very first through the front door. We will all miss her terribly. She was a lovely woman with a delightful radiance known to all. God bless you, Leah, and all her family and dear friends.

Dear Maria's Family,
I volunteer at the Harvest of Hope Pantry on Th. mornings.  Since we opened, Maria has been a bright, lovely face whose company I found delightful.  She was always grateful; never took more than her share. Her face was a perpetual smile.  She laughed easily.  She was always the first to arrive.  Often she shopped with her granddaughter.  She will be sorely missed by all of us in the Th. morning crew.  God Bless Her.  My prayers are with you, Burr

I really do not have many words at this time because my throat tightens, but I am here for you as a friend to support you through this. Keep in mind that you are a very good friend to me and anytime you need anything please ask me and I will go a million extra steps to help you. Your mother was a beautiful person from inside out and now she is way above us in Paradise with GOD. Love You so Much!! ?
