Olivia Godwin Carstensen, 87, of Boulder passed away on December 21, 2013. Olivia was born on June 24, 1926 in Goldsboro, North Carolina to Edward Gray Godwin and Mary Lucile Braxton Ricks. She graduated from Goldsboro High School. Olivia married Dale Lafayette Carstensen on September 10, 1948 in Washington D.C. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Olivia is survived by her children Kimberly (Lee) Carstensen Ormiston and Dale Christian Carstensen; grandchildren Elizabeth (Steven) Ormiston Cederberg and Kristen (Trevor) Ormiston Gustafson; great grandchildren Nathan John Cederberg and Kari Breck Gustafson. Olivia is preceded in death by her husband Dale; brother WIlliam B. Godwin; and parents Edward and Mary.
