Rita was born in Muskegon Michigan to Virgil and Ramona Halderman. She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Lochner.
She is survived by her sister Linda Kay Pritchard, her daughter Jennifer Downey, son Andrew Downey as well as four loving grandkids, Nate Reed, Matt Berger, Jayden Downey and Max Finkeldei.
Rita was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved traveling the world and baking cookies with her grandkids. She will be missed.
