Sierra was born on January 7th 1990 to Clarisse and Wayne Weber and older brother McKinley, in Boulder, Colorado. Although Sierra lived in Boulder, she had the wonderful opportunity of being able to spend frequent vacations with extended and loving family in the Chicago area. She thoroughly enjoyed reminiscing about these times as she grew older and realized the importance of those family bonds. Sierra continued to visit, introducing her son,Avery, to the family!
Sierra began her work life early as a Boulder Junior Ranger building and maintaining trails. After she graduated Fairview High School in 2008, she worked retail for several years excelling at the managerial level. She returned to school focusing on her strengths in business, attaining Dean’s List status and graduating from the University of Colorado in 2022. Sierra continued to pursue a career in management, but the role she enjoyed best was being Avery’s mom!
Sierra impacted many lives with her empathy, warmth, and feisty nature. She enjoyed her oldest friends and embraced new friendships, as well. Sierra particularly enjoyed cooking, for both her family and for others! She loved animals with a particular passion for dogs. Her pets were family and accorded the best lives possible.
Sierra is survived by her most beloved son Avery, her brother McKinley, her mother Clarisse, her grandmother Gloria Weber, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She is also survived by her dog Bronson and her parakeet Birdzilla. She is preceded in death by her loving father Wayne, her grandpa Aldo, her grandma Agnes, and her grandpa Max.
Sierra will forever reside in our hearts. We find solace in the love she instilled in us.
