Mama, I can't believe it's been almost 5 years since your passing. It doesn't seem that long. As always you are in our conversations frequently. You will never be forgotten. I miss you dearly, and pray for your guidance as well as our Lord. Life is certainly about changes, but keeping you alive in our memories. Gone but not forgotten. Love you bunches.

Thank you for giving me such wonderful cousins.They are awesome!For example, Andrea is so loving,fun,sincere,warm hearted,protective...I could go on and on.Funny how this all could describe you Aunt Bea.She is carrying on your legacy, as each of your children and grandchildren are.You were such a blessing to us all,as are they!

Mama, this Christmas was most definately Not the same without you. I had almost everyone together for Christmas,except 1 of mine of cource. And then there was Chuck, trying to hold it together for Max and himself, Missing Amanda as well as you, he's lost for a while. But I will always be here for him and do whatever I can for them both.But I know you were missed by us ALL as we think back of our lives with you there.Just missing you a bunch lately. Sam is also, but we try to do what we can, But never as good as you.The littlest things set our thoughts and emotions off. A few days before Christmas, after I got out of the shower, I went to get dressed for the night and it was a bit cold. I grabbed my nightgown and beside it was a pair of fuzzy socks that you had gotten me one year for Christmas.And like at this moment when I'm thinking about it , burst out in tears. I came out and Codie asked me "what the heck was wrong"? I told her and she started crying.I just wish, I could have made your passing easier for you.I think about that all the time. I'm so sorry. I love you.And I know by the little things I remember or see out of the blue,you are watching.Just really missing you right now.

Mom, please take care of Amanda and show her the way. We all miss you both so very much and wish you were with us still. There is much sadness this Christmas with you gone and with Amanda joining you so unexpectedly. We will shed tears and have heavy hearts. But we know you and Amanda are safe in God's arms and we know we will see you again when our day comes to go Home. Until then, please help us on our continuing journeys. We love you.

Chuck sure could use your comforting advice and support right now. With the passing of Amanda just 5 months after you have passed is very tough.And poor little Max. He's young, but there's nothing like a mother's love (as you know).Love and miss you so very much. Watch over them both.You and Amanda.

I miss you so much!  I try not to feel sad but every time i look at your picture or I'm with Grandpa i try to hold my tears back! I take real good care of Grandpa like you asked me too! Not as good as you did, i do my best! I love you more than words can explain!

Every get together you are brought up and talked about.And even little things we that remind us of you.I was brushing my hair getting ready to leave when Courtney called, as a daily routine. It struck me hard. I started tearing up and Jorge asked me why I was crying? I told him no reason. After going back and forth for a few minutes,I finally told him. My condolences to the family, she was such a good lady and so smart.She gave such good advice and was so nice to us when we were kids.I have no doubt that she is with the Lord , organizing heaven.

Woke up today thinking of you. I love you and miss you but I know you  are in the castle that God has prepared for you. I beautiful one it is I am sure. With all the good you did here for so many I am certain God had a huge castle waiting for you.

Mama,waking up missing you again.Realizing I can't pick up the phone and call you. And you not being able to call me.Our daily routine rearranged.I find when I'm alone thinking of you more and more with sudden burst of tears.I've been reading these entries from day 1.Beautiful.I miss you.But, At last No pain or agony.  I know from the time I was a kid that she went through some very very hard times as a teen and young adult, but what I learned is that my Aunt Bea was the type of person that would keep pressing on! Our families were close. She helped my family through some very difficult times, as we did for her. Through the years we also spent many celebrations together like Christmas, birthdays, weddings, baby showers etc. She always made sure things were organized and that everyone was having a good time. Eventually, she met Sam and brought him into our lives. My family took to him pretty well, and before you knew it...It was always Aunt Bea and Sam. (kinda like peanut butter and jelly)lol. He was a part of her and our family, and we grew to love him just the same.  One of their/our families favorite celebrations was Christmas Eve at our house.  One day they came up with an idea...so, along with my mom(sister in law like sister) and dad(her brother),they arranged for all of us and all of the neighbors to save milk jugs so that on Christmas Eve a team of people could stratigically place them along the lake and place candles in them to illuminate. Each year it grew and grew and more and more people joyfully joined them until finally they reached their goal of a circle of illuminating candles around the entire mile long lake! The trail of illumination was amazing, so beautiful! The reflection on the lake made a shining glow that you could almost feel!  It reminded me of the light God sent to us, Jesus Christ! It was especially special because it brought people together! It reflected her heart and character. As I sit here and reminisce, I realize the lake is no longer being illuminated with the cirlce of lights. However, all those that joyfully joined Aunt Bea in her journey of life, all the family, the team she created will continually illuminate her heart and character.  It's true because I feel that shining glow illuminating from her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren! So, as each person posts and adds a candle, it has more meaning than you realized.  It is virtually creating  that illuminating Trail of light through her circle of friends and family.  Dear Lord, We Love and miss her, but thank you for strategically placing her in our lives and giving us the gift of an illuminating heart through her character. We celebrate that she is now shining bright in Heaven!  Amen.

Grandma,you truely are a wonderful woman. We all will miss you. The peacemaker in you, the caring soul inside you and the loving warmth you spread when you walk in the room will all be missed.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I only found out about it today. My thoughts and prayers to Bea's family are coming your way. I knew her through Sam and the Manatee County Lions Sight Foundation. Bea will be missed by many! She was such a loving, caring lady!

I am so sorry for your loss of such a beautiful woman! I will cherish the memories I have of her, the love she showed me, and her infectious smile.

Bea was a lovely lady, who inspired us with her courage and commitment to our Lord throughout her long ordeal with treatments.  We know she's in a better place, but we will miss her dearly.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  I'll never forget the Christmas gathering she had at her house and what fun we all had.  She was such a nice, good hearted lady that is now at peace with God!!
