Brenda grew up in Fauquier County, Virginia. She was the second youngest of eight children. Brenda was a graduate of Marshall High school, where she received letters in softball. For over thirty years she worked as an Executive Assistant at the Chemical Manufacturers Association. Brenda will be remembered as the strong, independent, stubborn women who cared deeply for her family and would do anything for them.
Preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Ethel Moffett, brothers, Thomas, William, Edward and sister, Barbara. She is survived by her children Patrick R Loop and Tara A Whitlock, three brothers, Robert, Ronald and Stephen, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
