Cheryl was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She was employed by Marsh Corporate Insurance as a client executive. She would later be promoted to vice-president.
Cheryl was an active member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church Women’s ministry in Sarasota. She also proudly served on the usher team at the church.
She loved cooking and reading, but golfing was her passion.
Cheryl was predeceased by her parents, Harold Banker and Delores Kietzer; and brother, Hal Banker.
She is survived by her loving husband, of 28 years, Mark Kail; brother, Richard Banker; and sisters, Barb Paquin and Darlene Hare.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 7461 Prospect Road, Sarasota, FL, 34243.
Cheryl will be laid to rest at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, in Pennsylvania, on a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, in Cheryl’s name.
