Maria D. "Dottie"Larsh, 82, passed away on August 27, 2014. She was a formerly of Johnston, RI, but upon retirement in 1999 her and her husband moved to Bradenton, FL. She was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church. She was the lead singer in our lives, the joy in our laughter. She was a devoted mother to her children and a true partner in life to her husband.
She is susvived by her husband, Robert "Bob"; sons, Kenneth Larsh (Francine) of Port Charlotte and Robert A. Larsh of Johnston, RI; daughter Laurie-Ann Moody (Daniel) Woodbridge, VA; grandchildren, Alicia Peterson, Katie Larsh, Alex Moody, Daniel Larsh, Kendra Larsh and Jenna Larsh; and great-grandchildren, Savannah Peterson, Connor Petterson and Grayson Petterson; brothers, Americo "Mackie" Vieira and Richard Vieira. Dottie was preceded in death by her daughter, Rosemary Larsh and two brothers, Manuel Vieira and Joseph Vieira.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 5p.m., with the family recieving guests one hour prior to services. An additional Funeral Service will be conducted in Rhode Island at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Foundation. Arrangements under the direction of Manasota Memorial Park and Funeral Home, Bradenton, FL.
