She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Frank Cosentino, and her daughter Paulette R. Parent and son Frank E. Cosentino. Daughter of the late Warren A. and Gladys E. Mosher, she was born in White Plains, New York and graduated from White Plains High School. She was very proud of having worked as a secretary at Columbia University in the office of University President Dwight D. Eisenhower. After raising her two children, she was employed for many years in the administration office at the Jennie Clarkson Home. Ruth was a Past-President and Lifetime Member of the Valhalla Fire Co. #1 Ladies Auxiliary.
The family will receive visitors at Manasota Memorial Funeral Home, 1221 53rd Avenue, East, Bradenton, Florida on Thursday, December 30th, 2010 from 9–11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM at the same location, followed by interment at Skyway Memorial Gardens, Palmetto, Florida.
