Earl was born on May 3, 1955 in Sussex, New Jersey to Earl LeRoy Sr and Madeline Mayona (Bedell) Johnson.
Earl was a farmer prior to being employed at Petro-Mechanics in Lafayette, NJ for 37 years. He was known for his vast collection of tractors. Earl is predeceased by his parents and his brother John Bedell and his wife Bertha.
Earl is survived by his 11 sisters and 1 brother, Thelma Klim (David), Betty Belcher and her late husband Donald, Dorothy Cardonell and her late husband Albert, Earldene Johnson, Stella Turner and her late husband Howard, JoAnn Pellew and her late husband William, Linda Eby (John), Brenda McNulty and her late husband Pete, Emma Dexter (Richard), Cindy Campos (Mario) and Carole Eby (Bruce) and Fred Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 5th at 10 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 16 Main St. Branchville, NJ 07826 with burial to follow in the family plot at Tranquility Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, Marth 4th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral Home.
