Frank was born and raised in Bayonne, NJ. He graduated from Marist High School and worked hard to become a licensed electrician. In 2020, Frank retired from Franklin Mutual Insurance after 15 years of service as their Facility Manager and Licensed Electrician.
Frank served on the Branchville Planning Board and was also a Councilman for the Borough of Branchville. He enjoyed golfing, playing softball and watching the Yankees. Frank especially loved spending time with his family, friends and his Poodles.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Francis J. SanPhillip, Sr. and Alice (Gallagher) SanPhillip; and his nephew, Michael Brandle. He is survived by his devoted wife, Cindy (Murphy) SanPhillip; his sisters, Patricia Coon and Karen Brandle; his sisters-in-law, Maurya Hawley and husband, Harold, Donna VanHaste and husband, Rick, Gina Sisco and husband, Kurt; his brother-in-law, Daniel Murphy III; his beloved Poodles, Hopper and Gesi; as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and golf buddies.
Visitation will be held from 2 pm to 6 pm on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Wood Funeral Home, 16 Main St., Branchville, NJ. Funeral Services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at the funeral home, interment will follow in Branchville Cemetery.
