Lisa was born January 2nd, 1965 on a Naval Base in Puerto Rico and then was raised in Bayonne, NJ, where she lived for most of her early life. There she worked for her father's cab company (Whitey's Cab Co.) before meeting her husband, Stratis "Harry" Kalos, who she would spend 40 loving years with. Together they owned the New Manasquan Diner in Manasquan, NJ, before moving to Branchville in 2000 where she continued her seasoned and beloved job as a waitress.
Lisa touched hundreds of lives and never hesitated to help others and take them into her warm embrace. Anybody that walked in her home was treated as though they were family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and friend, wholly dedicated to her family and supporting and encouraging their ambitions.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Harry Kalos, two daughters, Amanda and Athena, Amanda's fiance, Zack Salerno, her sisters, Susan Riggs, Gail O'Donnell and their respective families, and her brother-in-law, Steve Kalos and his family. She is predeceased by her mother Dolores White, her father Forest White, and her two eldest children Nikolaos and Theresa Kalos.
A Celebration of Lisa's life will take place at a later date.
