

Jennifer Ann Tipton-Feliciano, loving wife, mother, daughter and sister, passed away suddenly at the young age of 40 on March 13, 2012. Jenny was born to David and Sandra Tipton on May 12, 1971 in Walnut Creek, California. Her family moved to Byron, California in 1972, when Jenny was just 15 months old. Jenny graduated from Liberty Union High School in 1989. Her love for animals led her to a career as a veterinary technician at Contra Costa Emergency Animal Hospital for over 22 years. She often took her work home with her, as her house was filled with animals in need of a loving home. She was especially close with her shihtzu dog Katie, who was always by her side. Jenny also loved traveling, music, reading, snowmobiling and especially boating on the delta.
Jennifer Ann Tipton-Feliciano is survived by her husband Eugene Feliciano and daughter Brittany (of Brentwood), son Cameron and grandson Nathan (of Pennsylvania), her mother Sandra Tipton (of Brentwood), sister Carrie Burke (of Redding, Ca) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father David Tipton (of Brentwood). It is with great sadness that her family and many friends say goodbye. Viewing will be held on Friday March 23rd 2012 from 5-8pm at Brentwood Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at Byron United Methodist Church on Saturday March 24, 2012 at 11:00am with a reception to follow.
