when I think of Pete Peters, I called Him "Mr. Peters" his daughter Mary and I were good buddies in the early sixties, she and I went to parkmead school in walnut creek, I spent many happy days in their wonderful home on Lancaster Drive. I was always welcomed with a great big bear Hug by this amazing giant of a man, he had such a good heart and I felt like part of the family. I know the Peters family feels truly blessed having him as a father, and he loved his family as well. My memories are vivid, my heart is heavy but my prayers are with you, Mary, Dirk, Dianne, and Grandkids. He touched my life.

We were just talking about Pete a week or so ago.  My husband, Jerry Toth worked with him at Conco for about five years.  "We had a lot of fun together!"  Jerry thought the world of Pete and I was privileged to meet him once after he'd retired.  He is thought of often and will be missed.

I am so saddened and heavy hearted just know learning the passing of this sweet gentle giant. I had the honor of being one of his consultants in Walnut Creek. Loved our visits , and our talks. Your kindness and laughter always brought a huge smile to our center. I know you are missed. I am glad to have met you. May you Rest In Peace. Forever in our hearts...Tammy Bruce

We are very sorry for your loss.  Your dad was a big part of our dad's life in recent years.  We would always hear about their outings when we talked with our dad.   We're glad they had each other's friendship.   And we wish you all well .

I met Pete in 1951 when we played football together in the Marine Corps. He and Margaret were married in 1953 a few months after Mary Lou and I married.  We lived near one another and remained lifelong friends.  In the past few years after we both lost our wives we would get together for lunch once or twice a week. He was a good friend and I'll miss him .

Our thoughts are with the family and friends at this time.
