FUNERAL NOTICEJENKINS, Alexander D., LTC, 79 of Spring Hill, FL died Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Hospice Care Center. He moved to Spring Hill in 1990 from Queens, NY. He was a retired supervising warden for the Department of Corrections in New York City and member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church. Survivors include his wife: Evangeline (Angie); 4 sons, 2 daughters, 7 grandsons, 4 granddaughters, 9 great grandsons, 9 great granddaughters, 1 god son and a host of nephews, nieces and friends. Viewing will be held from 2 to 6pm Friday, January 15, 2010 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel. A funeral service will be conducted 11AM Saturday, January 16, 2010 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church.
