Barbara was born April 4, 1935 in Bedford Hills, New York. She is survived by her oldest son, James Hunter; her two daughters, Sally Petrie and Susan Hunter; she was a loving Grandmother (Nan) to her “Dear Heart” Bianca Abernathy and two Great-Granddaughters, Mya Ann and Marina Rose; and youngest brother Tony Foglia. She was predeceased by her youngest son, Jeffrey Robert Hunter and six siblings.
Barbara has truly made an impact on all of the lives she has touched over the years; supporting friends and family members through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. She made it known that she was just a phone call away; always willing to lend you her shoulder to cry on. We will miss her greatly.
