MCCANDLESS, Betty Lou, age 94, died Monday, March 14, 2016 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough Maine. She was born in South English, Iowa and came to the area in 1989 from Brevard, NC. She was a U.S. Navy veteran. She was a member of Brooksville Wesleyan Church and a Missionary. She is survived by sons: David A. McCandless; Paul J. McCandless and Tim J. McCandless; daughter: Mary Beth Jacobs; brother: Bobby Stoner; sister: Mary Robuck; 1 grandchild and 3 great-grandchildren. Private Interment will be conducted at Florida National Cemetery.
