BURRIS, Cecil Bradley, age 55, of Brooksville, FL died Thursday, December 5, 2013. He was born in Pine Bluff, AR and came to the area 34 years ago from Bartow, FL. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a retired firefighter with Sumter County Fire & EMS, assigned to the headquarters. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Brooksville and enjoyed woodworking. Survivors include his sons: William Michael Burris of Brooksville, FL; Christopher Blaine Burris of Bushnell, FL; parents: William Monroe & Georgia Irene Burris of Brooksville, FL; sister: Mona Fisher of Brooksville, FL; 3 grandchildren. Visitation for friends will be 10:30am-11:00am, Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Brooksville, where funeral services will begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
