Charmayne Tellez

TELLEZ, Charmayne age 74, of Spring Hill, Florida died Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at HPH Hospice Care Center.  Born in Elgin, Illinois, she moved to Spring Hill 20 years ago from Smartsville, California.  She was a retired Tax Accountant and member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Spring Hill.  A loving wife and mother, she is survived by her husband:  Dick; sons:  James Tellez of Spring Hill and Victor Parker of Yerington, Nevada; daughters:  Lori Giannotta and Lisa Lanzino both of Yerington, Nevada and Linda Gherke of Marysville, California; brother:  James Barker of Anaheim, California; sisters:  Rita Barker of Cayucos, California and Jill Schulthesis of Rowland Heights, California; 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild.  Visitation for friends will be 10 – 11am, Mon., Sept. 23 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel, where funeral services will begin at 11:00am with Deacon James McMahon of St. Theresa Catholic Church officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HPH Hospice.
