Darlene Estelle Bailey

BAILEY, Darlene E., of Spring Hill, FL, passed away peacefully December 18, 2013, at Residence at Timber Pines.  She was born in Hamilton, Ohio.  She married James E. Bailey and they raised four daughters in Seven Mile/Hamilton, Ohio, prior to moving to Spring Hill, Florida in June of 1998.  She was a devoted Christian wife, mother and long-time member of Mariner United Methodist Church.  Darlene was also an active member of the P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization). She will be dearly missed.  Darlene is survived by her husband, James Bailey; daughter, Kimberly Ruoff of Spring Hill, Fl.; daughter, Karen Elgin of Chesapeake, VA; daughter, Charlene Vigil of Gaithersburg, MD; Step-son, James Bailey of Sanford, Fl.; three brothers and one sister; ten grandchildren, one great-grandson.  Daughter, Darlene Rae Mazzei of Cincinnati, OH, preceded her in death. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 28th, at Mariner United Methodist Church, 7079 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill, FL., with Pastor Eugene Setchel officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations many be made to either Hernando-Pasco Hospice or to Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., FL. 17 Chicago, IL 60601.
