Eugene is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Marie Wozniak Perron, who was his world. He leaves behind a legacy through his daughter, Lisa Perron LaCombe (William Lehrmann), and his son, Thomas Perron (Jeanie Perron). Eugene was a proud grandfather to Taylor Naccari (Chris Naccari), Chase LaCombe (Ashley LaCombe),
Reese LaCombe (Haley LaCombe), Devon Perron (Alexis Perron), Seth Cardinale, Amy Uhal, Allison Coyne (Eric Coyne), and Samantha Winders (Jeff Winders), as well as 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Pat King and Lynda McNall, and his brother, Richard Perron (Joann).
Eugene was preceded in death by his father, Eugene N. Perron, his mother, Aldea Ehinche Perron, his brother, Charles Perron, his sister, Evelyn Mann, and his son-in-law, Steven Uhal.
Eugene was passionate about sharing the word of the Lord, often passing out pamphlets and engaging in conversations about the joys of life with Jesus. His life was enriched by his personal interests and hobbies. A collector of sports cards, Eugene also enjoyed his favorite foods, playing cards with friends and his grandchildren, and nurturing his love for plants. Geno had the most infectious laugh, you couldn’t help laughing with him. Family always came first for Geno; the protector of his children and family, a romantic and loving husband, a dear friend to all he encountered, and as the Lord called him to be, he was truly a fisher of men. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
