Frances Marie Larson

LARSON, Frances Marie, age 77, of Brooksville, Florida, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Frances was born on May 29, 1944 in Panama City Florida. She moved to Brooksville where she spent the rest of her life. She retired after 23 years from the United States Postal Service.

Frances loved and cherished her family.  She loved to sew, making prom and bridesmaid dresses, as well as school dresses for her girls.  Frances enjoyed working in her garden, which included her favorite flower, the Amaryllis.  She enjoyed her aviary, camping, fishing and going to the Florida Keys.  

She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Keith Larson, sister Linda Rimes, daughters & sons-in-law:  Malinda Parkin& Troy Hendryx, Lela & William Braunsch and Nettie Mae Harrison; grandchildren and their spouses: Jesse & Caitlin Parkin, Brittany Forcino, Clayton & Allison Pearce, Raymond, III & Katelyn Clark and Olivia Marie Schnabel; great grandchildren: Gracie Mae Parkin, Bronson Parkin, Joey Forcino, Jenna Forcino and Elliott Pearce; sisters-in-law:  Martha Stone and Cheryl Stone; nephews, nieces & their spouses: Joey & Tonya Rimes, Lummie & Connie Rimes, Stephanie Rimes, Tom Stone, Tim Stone and Courtney & B Stone; great nephew:  Cole Rimes; great niece:  Delaney Rimes; cousin:  Diane Owens Waldren.  

Frances celebration of life and service will be held 3 – 6pm, Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the Merritt Funeral Home in Brooksville Chapel, where Pastor Gary Burr and family will speak at 5:30pm.  Interment will be private at the Brooksville Cemetery.

 In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriner's Childrens Hospital or the  Paralyzed Veterans of America.
