George, I remember as a child the wonderful times we had visiting at your home in Milton. It was always such an occasion for us as children to go visiting there. My mother would always try to keep us clean and pressed during the ride to your house, so we would arrive looking presentable" ....as she called it.  I remember you would always take some time from visiting with the adults to come down stairs and play the piano for us. We would all dance around and try to sing-along with you....they were very happy times for us.  I'm so happy I had a chance to see you and Alice at Judy's house for your 50th wedding anniversary celebration.  My heart and our family will miss you."

To an uncle who loved his God, country, family and neighbors. On behalf of my mother and family, our thoughts and prayers are joined with his family and friends in Brooksville at this time.      I have many wonderful memories of a kind, loving, and generous uncle.  As an eight year old girl, I still remember the feelings of joy and happiness shared by everyone at the wedding and reception of George and Alice. Later, I recall occasions of barbecues and family fun at his home in Milton shared by our growing families.       As a young woman, I will forever be grateful to George for his loving and generous assistance to my young family after the premature and sudden death of my father.  Later, George helped me with driving lessons and getting my first car as my own father would have done.   Through later years, I remember many wonderful Thanksgiving celebrations in Milton with our families and his sisters. Even though George has lived in Brooksville for 22 years, we remained in touch and shared family celebrations and get togethers through the years such as George's 80th birthday, my daughter's wedding and George's 50th wedding anniversary.     These memories and more will always remain with me of my uncle George who lived a long and purposeful life. May uncle George rest in peace with his Creator.

I have nothing but wonderful memories of a wonderful man. Of course to me he was and always will be Uncle George" The years haven't dimmed the memories of a man who never stopped sharing what God had blessed him with. My Uncle George was always there for others. He could easily regale his listeners with a funny story or personal life experience. "Uncle George" meant family laughter

To My Aunt Alice, and my Uncle George's children,Let me first of all say that I am very sorry for your loss.I have never before written a tribute for someone who has passed away.So having no experience in such a matter, all I can really talk to you about is the good memories I have of Uncle George. What I will always associate with him, and you, first and foremost, are the many times that my family was invited to your former home in Milton on Thanksgivings and us kids got our very own table.I also remember a long time ago, that I asked my sister Anne (remember now that it was a child asking the question) how come Uncle George is so successful?". I had asked because he owned a nice home in a niceneighborhood
