HALLEY, James Edward, age 82 of Clearwater, FL died on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at East Bay Nursing Center. He was born in Ravenswood, WV and moved to the area 40 years ago from Parkersburg, WV. He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII, a member of the American Legion 15 of Parkersburg, WV and a Shriner.Survivors include his son: Dr. Charles F.
