WILLIAMS, James Noel “Jay”, age 62 of Spring Hill passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Peoria, IL, came to this area 36 years ago and was a superintendent for industrial construction. He is survived by his son: James N., Jr. of Goldsboro, NC; daughter: Jordan C. Williams of Lutz; mother: Priscilla Williams of Spring Hill; brothers: Rarmond of Illinois & David of Texas and sister: Dale Derks of Wisconsin.
