Born November 9, 1952 in Ranger, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Edgar and Nora (Walker) Osborn. He came to Brooksville over 40 years ago from Ohio, he was a carpenter by trade, and Baptist by faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Edgar Eugene Osborn. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Jason Lee & Mistti Osborn of Ohio, James Lee & Jessica Larsen of Weeki Wachee, Florida, and Traves & Denice Osborn of Brooksville, Florida; his daughter, Stacie Osborn of Brooksville, Florida; sisters and brothers-in-law, Helena & Harold May and Alta & Eddie Nungester, of Ohio; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
