ELLIS, Jonnie B. Jones, age 90 of Evergreen Woods, Spring Hill, died Thurs., April 22, 2004 at Evergreen Woods Retirement Center, Spring Hill, FL. Born in Birmingham, Alabama, she moved to Spring Hill in 1993 from Seaside, NJ. She was a home maker and former Avon Sales Representative. She was a member of the Faith Evangelical Free Church, Spring Hill, former member of the Calvary of Essex Falls, NJ and Lake Hurst Evangelical Church, NJ and she was a counselor for the 1957 Billy Graham Crusade in New York. She was an active volunteer with the Ladies Auxillary Fire Department, Roseland, NJ. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 61 years, George W. Ellis, daughters, Barbara Ellis and Virginia Patterson and grandson, Keith Peterson.Survivors include her Daughters & Son-in-law: Nancy Bonnell of Bradenton, FL, Catherine & Pete Peterson of Lawrenceville, GA and Mary Ellen Ellison of Spring Hill, FL; 14 Grandchildren and 33 Great Grandchildren.Memorial Services will be conducted 11:00am, Tues., May 4, 2004 at the Faith Evangelical Free Church with Pastor Slayden McGregor officiating.
