Margaret W. Bolin

BOLIN, Margaret “Maggie” W., age 90 of Weeki Wachee passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Margaret was born on March 23, 1922 in Versailles, KY. She retired from General Electric in Lexington, KY. She moved to Brooksville, FL in the early 1970’s where she would remain for the rest of her life. She is survived by two daughters: June Ester of Weeki Wachee, FL and Marie Rison of Louisville, KY; sister: Mary Elizabeth Thornton of Lexington, KY; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 5 great, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  She had many special names: “Mother, Mom, Maggie, Grammy and Grandma”. She enjoyed old westerns and game show reruns and was not too happy when some of the many soap operas she watched were cancelled. We will all miss her very much and, most of all be extremely thankful that we had her for as long as we did.
