She was born August 20, 1937 in Santurce, Puerto Rico and relocated to Brooksville, Florida in 2002 from Dunedin, Florida. She was a homemaker, a member of Brooksville Country Club and a parishioner of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Penney and sister, Connie. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Cynthia & Ray DeLance of Palm Coast, Florida and Suzanne & Randy Keys of Tampa, Florida; sister: Magie Krisa of New Jersey; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
