She was born April 8, 1925 in Bayshore, New York and came to Brooksville four years ago from Spring Hill, Florida. She worked as a Mental Health Therapy Aid and was Catholic by faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Truax. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Eriksen of Brooksville, Florida and her son, Claude Truax of Bayshore, New York; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
