MONSEN, Norman Howard, age 79 of Garner, North Carolina and formerly of Spring Hill, Florida died Saturday, December 16, 2017. Mr. Monsen was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Spring Hill from Albrightsville, Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Monsen. Survivors include his sons: Norman Monsen and Jeffrey Monsen; daughters: Debbie Youngner, Karen Rebholtz, Kathy Santiago and Cindy Monsen; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation for friends will be 4 – 7pm, Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel, where funeral services will be conducted 9:00am, Wednesday, December 20, 2017. A U.S. Navy Veteran, Mr. Monsen will be interred next to his wife, Patricia, at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
